    When my wife purchased her business I was called on to be maintenance. Knowing the skills I possessed as a do-it-yourselfer she was confident in my abilities to not only complete the task but to be personable while doing so. I was called upon to do things such as wallpaper, shelving, blinds, computer tech, chair assembly, reupholstery, and so on.   Before long I was the go to guy for all tasks large, small, and even emergencies from appliance leaks, clogged drains and flat tires. The more time I spent there the more of her clients I had the pleasure of meeting. While the names and faces were different the story was almost always the same “You’re lucky to have him, I need someone over my house I can trust to fix some things”. I heard this loud and clear. Her clients, moreover many others in the state needed someone who was vetted not only by the state but by the community they trust. Someone who was not only skilled with repairs but trustworthy and dependable. With that I obtained all the proper licenses and insurance and opened RM Home Repair.
